Honey Butter
This is the simplest recipe to make!
1/2 lb. sweet butter
1/2 cup honey
dash of salt
Mix cold butter and honey and salt. If the honey is not completely mixed through, don’t worry. If you like it sweeter, add more honey! Especially good on corn bread, rolls, biscuits and toast.
