So, LET'S PUT THIS INTO ACTION!

I think the intent of this is to first find all the hidden messages on those pages. (SEEK)
Then understand what they mean and organize them. (BEHOLD)
Then finally post them on the appropriate page so that the people running the site know we figured out the clues. (REVEAL)
If we do this, maybe our questions will be answered before August 24th. (THAT IS THE LAW AND THE WHOLE OF THE LAW)
Anybody think I could be on to something? I doubt I'm 100% correct on this theory, but could I be close to something? Help me out here.
